How to Build a Burnout Recovery Plan: Small Steps for Big Changes

Rachel left her corporate job three months ago and is struggling:

→ "I want to be less stressed"

→ "I've got to find a new job"

→ "I tried all the meditation apps but they haven't helped"

LinkedIn's not working for her with her job hunting. She's losing confidence.

She's barely scrapping by...

So I made her a personalised LinkedIn Profile Review video and suggested some yoga therapy changes to her daily eating and activities.

And she's starting to make a little progress.

Small baby steps, tiny 10 degree shifts. That's actually all it takes.

→ She's finally gaining a little movement and momentum. Feeling a gradual shift in her energy, mindset and even her weight.

→ She tells me she is starting to feel like herself again.

→ She actually wants to see her friends again and is even considering attending a networking event.

→ She's got enough energy to actually practice her self-care.

→ She never wants to go back to how bad she felt, when she was completely burnt out.

Maybe you can relate?

Or perhaps someone you love is experiencing symptoms of burnout, adrenal fatigue, hashimotos, chronic fatigue or are just completely overwhelmed and are losing themselves and the joy of life in the process? I have a short 14 minute video you can send to them. It will help them with simple ways to create more time, energy and connection again - please share it with someone you care for and are concerned about https://youtu.be/03s0YW7hG6E?si=hZrJx4PLlxWgRz7B

If you're a guy and want to hear another guy's story then check out Michael's story here - he's still on the road to recovery, but turning things around which is amazing https://youtu.be/zkGsMYQJ1do

Recovery from burnout or a toxic workplace may take a little time, but it is possible. Send me an email with the subject "Recovery" if you'd like to develop a recovery plan together.
